Different Types Of Energy by alex

First, heat energy cooks things and warms things up. Friction is when you rub two things together and it create heat. You can rub your hands together to create friction to warm them up when they are cold.

Light energy is energy that bounces off of things so you can see them. Light does not bounce off transparent things because it goes through them. Sun light can shine through a window because it is transparent.

Motion is an other word for movement. When the car stops hard you keep going. Now you know about heat, light , and motion energy.
