Automatic Attendance Letters

In our efforts to keep families up to date on student attendance information, CAHPS will be transitioning to automated attendance notifications. These automated notifications will be available through the ParentVue Portal. We will no longer be sending hardcopy attendance letters. Transitioning to these automated notifications mid-year may result in some duplicate attendance letters being sent to parents. I apologize for any confusion this may lead to. If you receive a duplicate letter, please disregard. Each trimester, parents/guardians will receive a letter when their student has been absent 5 days and then receive another letter at 10 absences. Regular attendance is the single best indicator of students success. Please see the attached letter to provide you with some resources if your student is struggling with attendance. -Mr. Rambo
