Your bones are important parts of your skeletal system they provide support and structure, without them you won't be able to get anywhere.

It is important to get the vitamins you need, if you don't get the vitamins you need your bones will become very fragile and easier to break.

Rickets is a disease caused by the lack of Vitamin D. When a person has rickets, the bone weakens and becomes deformed, also when you stand up your leg bones will bend outwardly.
