Athletes should have a day where they are honored for all the great achievements and accomplishments they have had. They deserve more than they get because they train hard, work hard, and entertain fans around the world. Athletes need a day where they are appreciated for doing what they love. It would be good for them because instead of training or practicing all day, they can rest and feel free. Younger athletes can learn many things about professional athletes.
Athletes need to stay hydrated and drink water constantly to not become dehydrated.
Athletes need a good food plan and good nutrients to keep their body going.
Typical pro athletes train 5-6 hours everyday for 6 days a week. On average pro athletes practice a total of 40 hours a week.
Athletes are required to have differnent job skills like a competitive mindset, excellent hand-eye coordination, great motor skills, supior physical fitness, and dedication to training. Without these skills an athlete will not succeed.
