In 1603 the 29 year old France explore born in 1574 in Brouage, France. Named Samuel de Champlain explored North America establishing the city of Quebec in the northern colony of New France at the Atlantic coast in the great lakes.
Samuel de Champlain exploration helped he country by become the hub for French fur trading.
the effect that Samuel de Champlain did for the country he discovered was give them disease like smallpox,and malaria.
