Some people say “I have no work life balance!" When you enjoy your work you will feel balanced always. The trick here is to get the joy from inside you, only then you will enjoy life. Let me share something personal with you. Every night before I sleep, I write on my note book what I am lucky to have and what else I will improve on. I then read what I wrote when I wake up and Say Thank you God for giving opportunity to enjoy life. NOW WHAT HAPPENS AFTER COUPLE OF STRESSFUL MEETINGS I can’t explain!! but still I don’t give up and so should you.

Customer Experience Highlights
- We partnered with the creator of NPS, Fred Reicheld and had a very inspiring meeting between Khalid and Fred
- We rolled out the Delight survey for Mamas & Papas Ecom, reaching all our transacting customers online
- We upgraded the Delight system with a new survey which aims to drive higher response rates from customers and higher quality responses

The Customer Care team has established many milestones in this short period of time however are only at the beginning of their journey. We have a team of 6 external agents that are currently handling Mamas and Papas, and growing an in-house team of 7 for the Launch of Ounass.
We look forward to the commitment and growth of what this department will bring as we move forward with launching more e-com sites and by delivering a world class service.
Retail Operations Support Achivements
Mohammed Zaheer Abbas Kamdar: "The Insignia / JV stores were the first to start work at site and also complete store construction after re-scheduling the site works to match the extended opening date of the development. There were few items like anchoring the ceiling to the slab details which were not clear on the malls guidelines at the onset and we developed the said detail along with mall team first for our store which was then regularized as standard detail for all tenants building stores at the mall. Towards the end the involvement of consultants - Vindico Retail – appointed by Meeras, helped the team achieve the target opening date considering the challenges faced with the mall completion work. It was a good experience working with the Meraas delivery team on the unique Tuscany themed Outlet Village."

So what does BHAG stand for and what is the BHAG for the company?
BHAG: Big Hairy Audacious Goal is used to describe an ambitious long term goal similar to a vision e.g. Google’s BHAG is “Organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.”
Al Tayer Retail’s BHAG is to achieve a Delight score of “80” across Al Tayer Retail and 8 volunteer hours per colleague.
For last fiscal year, we achieved a score of 64 for Delight and had 4 volunteer hours per colleague.
