Gymnastics is a very important part of my life. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 5 years old. I decided to start training again after taking a 3 year break. I train 4-7 hours every single day. Competitions are a big part of gymnastics. I compete in about 10 meets per season. When I get ready there is a certain "routine" I have to follow. Just like in gymnastics how I mentally and physically perform my routines skill by skill to receive the best score I can.
