Celebrity Corner House Rules
House Rules are provided at the Property to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.
4.1 General requirements- Guest and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay. Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.
4.2 Noise and Residential amenity- a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighboring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy ;b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions;and c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behavior and must minimize their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbors and local community.
4.3 Visitors- Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; 3-5 visitors at one time. Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules. No extra guests are permitted to stay on the property that have not paid to do so. Failure to comply will lead to eviction.
Tidy Rules -When sharing the property please wash up after cooking and keep all communal areas clean and tidy for persons sharing the space with you. ( A housekeeper is on site 3 times a week )
4.4 Gatherings or functions- The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.
4.5 Parking- Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; and b) Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows: Park outside the apartment, there is room for 2-3 cars. Do not park in residence parking bays.
4.6 Garbage and recycling - Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas;
and b) Garbage and recycling arrangements at the Property are as follows: The housekeeper will take the garbage out, however if you have more garbage and need to dispose of it you will be shown where to place it when you arrive.

4.7 Security -Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors, to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. switch off all of the light and air conditioning.
4.8 Keys -Once you are given your keys for the property it your responsibility to ensure that the keys are not lost. In the event that you lose the keys you agree to replace the keys your own expense.
4.9 Smoking- Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, you are free to smoke on the outside patio and in the front garden. (B) Do not leave foods or sweet items unattended for any lengths of time. In this climate, you may experience an infestation of ants or cockroaches.
4.10 Pets- Pets are not permitted indoors
4.11 Damages and breakages -Damages and breakages must be reported to the Chyna Whyne the Manager. You agree to pay for any damage you may cause to the property or its content.
4.12 On departure arrangements -Arrangements for keys, security, travel to the airport can be discussed and finalized with Chyna Whyne or the appointed housekeeper.

4.14 Compliance- Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.
