Chaparral High graduate Hope Alexandra Munoz wears her school facial cover as was required of all in attendance along with social distancing at the graduation ceremonies held Saturday night in the Sun Bowl.

This Chaparral graduate had more of a philosophical message in Spanish which translated said: "Better late than never."

Chaparral High graduates used the cap to create messages to families in attendance.

Maria Hernandez, GISD Chief Academic Officer, assisted the Chaparral High graduation Saturday night by distributing roses to graduates. Each of the 249 Lobo graduates received a rose as a memento.
