10. Climbing Center LLC
Never climbed before? Not a problem. The climbing center offers fundamentals classes that teaches you how to belay, hold types, body position and bouldering. After they finish teaching you the basics, you get some time to mess around and try out your new skills. Some other classes offered include ladies night, climbing crash courses, and private lessons to work on some skills by yourself.

Not only is this workout extremely different than your traditional workout, but it is also super challenging. You can burn up to 1000 calories in one hour with this trampoline workout. It also builds core and immune system strength. This fun and diverse workout is guaranteed to “jump” start your workout routine.
8. Rocky Top Crossfit
This place makes you feel like you are at your “home sweet home,” which is very fitting for their name. Crossfit can be compared to Orange Theory because it combines cardio and weightlifting, however Crossfit focuses more on heavy weights and lower reps to build muscle.
7. Glowing Body Yoga Studio
Yoga can be a little expensive. The neat thing about glowing body is that they have “Karma classes”. Karma classes allow you to pay whatever you can for that one class, no strings attached. You don’t even have to have a membership. Did I mention there is a really healthy food business inside the studio too?
6. Bullman’s Kickboxing
Whether you want a heart pounding workout or just want to get all your pent-up anger out, kickboxing will never disappoint. The neat part about this workout is that although it is just a workout, you are learning how to properly punch and kick effectively. You never know when these moves may come in handy.
5. Real Hot Yoga
Real hot is no understatement for this yoga studio. Class temperatures can range anywhere from 95 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows yours body to get a nice deep stretch in while simultaneously flushing out the toxins in your body. Because the room is so hot, you will inevitably burn large amounts of calories and sweat a ton, so be sure to drink a lot of water after this class.
4. Orange Theory
If you want to improve your overall endurance as well as build muscle, orange theory is the workout for you. This class combines treadmill/rowing with weightlifting. A different workout everyday keeps your body surprised so it is constantly working on different things while improving for the long run.
This class is a full body workout using only low-impact movements designed to make you feel balanced inside and out. It combines pilates, yoga, and ballet. Take this class and you will feel the burn with small movements and high reps.
