St. Charles Borromeo by: Logan Flori

Saint Charles Borromeo played a major role in the Council of Trent during the reformation.

St. Charles made sure that those who were poor and sick were cared for and that the liturgy was restored.

He made sure that priests in his diocese were educated by creating seminaries.

Until 1992 when the Catechism of the Catholic Church was published, the catechism that Charles directed was the official catechism.

Today, the church can continue to grow by reevaluating our faith every so often with more meetings like the Council of Trent. We can also make sure that the catechism is up to date with all of the church's beliefs.
