The following pages outline the approach we will take to posting on your social media pages. It documents the main objectives associated with each platform as well as the tone we will use when speaking as your brand.
Your primary posts will be used to drive people to your website. Your website is where they can find any information about your business as well as schedule tastings and visits to your store! We will be pushing online ordering as well with these posts. For the first month we are going to use ads in conjunction with your primary posts to drive people to your website.
Your secondary post will be used to provide people with facts about your products as well as recipes they can incorporate your products into! Your secondary posts will go hand in hand with the user generated content you will read about at the bottom of these sheet.
Your specialty posts can be anything from custom graphics about your products to offers you are running at the time. We can highlight different aspects of your business as well as limited time items (or not as well know products) that you offer. These posts are meant to be different than the rest and break up the primary and secondary posts with something that is appealing to the fans and followers of your pages.
The tone of your page will be informative because this is an industry that not many people are familiar with. With that being said, we want to keep it fun and casual so that people feeling comfortable interacting and engaging with your page and content.
Taking advantage of user generated content like recipes and articles will allow your fans and followers to utilize your page for things other than purchasing your product. It will create a sense of value throughout your page if your followers know they can find recipes and information they can put to use in their daily lives.
