Hi guys, my name is Abbi Todd. I am a Freshman and Psychology major here at Clemson. I live in Charleston, SC with my parents and Cocker Spaniel. Outside of class, I enjoy watching Netflix, reading, cooking, and exercising.
My goal by the time I graduate is to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I would like to attend graduate school for school counseling. I want to help high school students with college and career readiness. I want to be a school counselor because it is a meaningful job, and I want to make an impact on as many student's lives as I can.
I obviously haven't spent that much time in college, but my accomplishments include being a part of an organization at Clemson. I am a part of ClemsonLive, which hosts fun events every weekend. When I was younger, I participated in gymnastics for 10 years, and I won several state awards.
My definition of happiness would be my friends and family. They are what make me motivated to get up everyday and be thankful for my life. They are the most supportive and loving people I know. I think without them, I would be lost and deeply unhappy.
I chose to attend Clemson because of the academics and atmosphere. I knew Clemson was a top college and had visited several times before. I love the small town atmosphere in a big school. I have met the friendliest people here and would not choose to go anywhere else.
