Down Syndrome- Delay in physical development due to a genetic disorder. This occurs when there is a extra copy of chromosome #21. This makes the brain not develop correctly. This occurs to random people but can be found in genes and the age when you get pregnant. Their lifetime usually is shorter than average humans lasting only up to about 60 yr old.

Klinefelter Syndrome- Is a genetic condition in which a male is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome. This random genetic condition occurs when the male is born with a extra copy of the X chromosome. This only occurs to newborn males but can have somewhat of treatment. This is a lifetime condition, this condition make males not be able produce sperm or very little at all.

Turner Syndrome- Turner Syndrome is a chromosomal disorder in which a female is born with only one X chromosome. This occurs in Females when they only get one copy of the X chromosome. It is a random mutation in females. This happens to young females leading throughout their lives. For treatment you would need hormone therapy.

Color Blindness- Is a reduced ability to distinguish between certain colors. This condition is not rare, cannot be cured but can be helped with. This can occur randomly or hereditary. It is a mutation that can happen to anyone. This condition can last for just years or lifetime. There are some cases worse than other like other conditions .
