Go Kart Design & Build zach siple


The goal of the project is to design and build a go kart propelled by a drill, over the course of two marking periods. The go kart will compete in three different courses: a drag strip that tests acceleration and top speed, the road course that tests handling and control, and the super mileage that tests endurance and efficiency. The team will be evaluated based on our overall performance on the courses, combined. We will have a $25 budget, as well as any materials we supply ourselves.

Right: The drill acceleration we are using, there will . be one on each side connected to a wheel with a bike chain.
