Search and Seizure Aaron marquez

This amendment is about how the police would search you and look through your things. Police cannot do this unless they have protective rights. Also they cannot search your property unless police have a search warrant.

A real life example is when I was across the street and a cop caused me of trespassing and I told him I wasn't on probation or nothing and he searched me for no reason.
