News Update 9th December 2016

Lovely Linguists

On Monday 14th November some year 9 students from Ansford and King Arthurs took part in a languages morning. They explored two new languages, Chinese and Esperanto, before having the opportunity to invent their own language.

Rugby Ready

The Year 7 boys rugby team was delighted to beat Westfield at home on Tuesday 29th November. The final score was 20-10 which reflected the hard work the boys have put in during lunchtime training sessions this term. Many of them had never touched a rugby ball until recently and as a team they show great promise.

Shoe Boxes for the Homeless

Thank you to everyone who donated to the 'Homeless Shoebox Appeal' this year. We received a huge amount of individual items resulting in 47 complete boxes being donated to the homeless which consisted of a variety of male, female and dog boxes alongside many sleeping bags, duvets, jumpers and coats, all of which are gratefully appreciated.
