About the lagoon...
The hotel gardens feature an exceptional, sandy-bottom lagoon that weaves in and around terraces, waterfalls, and a cottage, along with a series of small, verdant islands. These last features, which were designed by the famous landscape artist Jean Mus, will lull you into a deep state of relaxation.
The lagoon area includes a beach-themed bar and Cocoon Beds, where you can enjoy a relaxing moment to yourself. Every weekend, Nicolas Saad, the resident DJ at the Blue Gin bar, sets up his turntables in front of the lagoon for a warm-up set that will leave you excited for the summer ahead.

This summer, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort is offering a new package with the sandy-bottom lagoon as its centrepiece.
The only one of its kind in the region, this package combines seaside vibes (access to the lagoon), fine dining (specialty pizzas made by Chef Marcel Ravin), music (live tunes from DJ Nicolas Saad), and entertainment (live magic shows, sometimes on the edge of the lagoon).
Whatever your tastes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy after this period of confinement.
Package = Lagoon admission + specialty pizza : €100 / person in June & September, €150€ / person in July & August
Valid from Monday to Sunday, reservations required on the weekend
THE "FLOATING BREAKFAST" PACKAGE
For the non-morning types or those who want a simple change of pace, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort has created a new, non-traditional breakfast served on a floating tray in the lagoon!
A comprehensive package that includes something for everyone:
- A hot drink
- Bread & pastries
- A selection of cereals/yoghurt/fromage blanc/toppings
- ”Wellness" juice or fresh-pressed fruit juice
- A glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne
- A fresh-fruit skewer
- A hot dish à la carte
- A flower arrangement or bouquet for the ladies
- A cool-down towel
- A selection of newspapers
Available by request: vegetarian, dairy-free or halal dishes, special menus to accommodate dietary restrictions, foot massages after breakfast, yoga sessions, and more.

" THE DINNER UNDER THE STARS” PACKAGE
What could be more romantic and special than a dinner under the stars with your better half?
This summer, enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience that will delight your senses. Take in the night sky as you savour a cosy dinner at Sea Bay, our gorgeous seaside location.
The evening’s agenda:
- A welcome aperitif on our Roman-style sunbeds (or on the dock)
- A glass of champagne and a canapé tray set down on the canopy bed
- A cosy dinner
- A cigar with aged rum after the meal
Choice of menu by Michelin-starred Chef Marcel Ravin, based on a delicious seafood menu at Blue Bay* (the resort’s gourmet restaurant).
Options: acoustic trio or solo guitar / flower arrangement

THE "TABLE BRUNCH" PACKAGE
The famous Summer Brunch by Marcel Ravin, Executive Chef at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, has been turned into a “Table Brunch”!
Every Sunday during the summertime, the restaurant Las Brisas welcomes guests onto its stunning seaside terrace.
This year, the menu will include dessert entrées, colourful salads, fish, grilled meat and roasted chicken...all served at the table! A delightful feast that will serve as a lovely interlude during your stay.
As in previous years, a live strolling band will be on hand with an international selection of acoustic songs, providing a cosy, laid-back atmosphere with your meal.
Table Brunch Package = €110 / person
