David Suzuki Small steps can make a big difference

David Suzuki is a nature lover. He also criticizes governments for not doing enough to protect the environment. He turned 81 years old this year -2017. David was born March , 24 , 1936.

Suzuki was a teacher at the universality of British Colombia from 1963 till his retirement in 2001. David also is an author of 52 books. 19 for children. As of 2012 Suzuki received 16 significant awards, and over 100 other awards.

David Suzuki is recognized as a world leader always saying small steps can make a big difference. Suzuki says that Conservation wich is (the protection of plants animals and natural areas) is a necessity for human-kids survival.

David Suzuki's grand parents came to Canada at the beginning of the 20th century from Hiroshima. David is known for hosting the Nature of things. The Nature of things was seen over 55 countries. Did you know that David was born in Vancouver B.C?

David was married twice, he has 5 children and 6 grand children and a twin sister. he also said that it was due to his father that he cares about nature.
The David Suzuki foundation's goals are: ocean, climate change, and sustain-ability (products should be produced in ways that do not use resources that not damage the environment.)

In 2004, Suzuki was nominated as one of the top ten ''Greatest Canadians''. David co-founded the David Suzuki foundation in 1919 to work to find ways for people to live in balance with the natural wourld that does keep on helping us. Did you know that David never had a television set growing up? Which is kinda weird because he is pretty famous. He also is on T.V quite a lot. Suzuki's idea of perfect happiness is ''camping in the mountains beside a stream filled with trout.''

Suzuki began in television in 1970 with a weekly children's show: ''Suzuki on science.''
