Today, I open the door to the future, take a deep breath, step on through, and start a new chapter in my life. My first day at Adobe, a case full of curiosity and trust, is set to unbox as the adventure of setting up the mountain of a Quality team is visible through binoculars. The vision of declaring the universe that the mission to hold the customer’s experience is set to be in good hands.
The Indispensable first step, creation of a pilot Quality team freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life. The struggle of getting everything right and eagerness to learn through joy shaped great milestones towards success. Unaware of my own strengths, with work Adobe gave me the opportunity to, not only refine my skills, but also to create an impact on all sides of the walls. After effects and premiere turned the movie Avatar equally magical,
The step towards India generated billions of currencies,
But breaking consumers’ heart is not at all a mercy,
Employee happiness is the share which is never missed,

The power to climb the initial phase was to its zenith though was not able to see the whole staircase. The cloud of competency framework to monitor the interactions created a silver line. But there are some things one can only achieve by a deliberate leap in the opposite direction as all great achievements require time. We don’t need endless time & perfect conditions but a new dawn to create a fresh chance to fetch new hope therefore the foundation of scorecard to evaluate the customer interactions challenged a new beginning to understand the customers in a much better way.
The life is full of creative ways, new challenges and excitement as we moved to the new premises of Adobe. I always used to dream about escaping my ordinary life, but my life was never ordinary. I had simply ignored to notice how extraordinary it was. The top learner of the FLP leadership program turned into a seedling to ivy the magical tree.
I realized that we shouldn’t wait for something big to occur, start where we are, with what we have, and that will always lead us into something greater. Life isn’t about finding yourself, it is about creating the best of yourself. You will never win if you never begin. Do it and watch your heart beating.
