#WoofWednesdays Nash's Adoption Success Story

Nash (formerly Scooby) at HSTT

"Scooby is a big, hunk of love! He is very social and enjoys receiving ear scratches and belly rubs. If you are giving away affection then he will gladly receive it. Scooby gets along with all fur animals and enjoys being around kiddos too. We think he is made of MAGIC!"

Nash’s adventure started in Lassen County, where he was found as a stray. He transferred to us when he ran out of time at their local shelter. He was a fast favorite at HSTT (several staff members were even considering taking him home themselves!). But Nash quickly found his forever family with mom and dad Kim and Luke. When he first came home, he was a bit shy and very snuggly, but it quickly became clear how friendly he was with people and dogs alike. This lovable, dorky guy came out of his shell and is now living the Tahoe life, with hikes, sunset boat rides, and swims at Donner Lake. He’s a regular at Truckee River Winery’s bocce games and part of the cheering section at softball games at the regional park. He goes everywhere with his fam, so they've dubbed him Nash the Adventure Dog.
