How was your break? What did you do?

Break was good, it helped to unwind the stress and anxiety that had been building up from the semester. Winter break allowed me to relax and not worry about the homework and assignments for school. I did many things for winter break, the very first weekend i went to South Padre Island for my cousins college graduation and to visit my family that i have not seen in a year. On Christmas I went to my fathers house to be with his side of the family, I was glad to see everyone it had been a half a year that i had seen them last. Christmas was OK but i really don't enjoy celebrating holiday, but we did play game and exchanged gifts. Later I got to babysit Olivia she is a little baby girl and shes is the sweetest thing, and enjoyed playing with her because she was very full spirited. An lastly, i did homework for World History AP to take advantage of the break to get ahead to help maintain the stress of this 9 weeks.

What is the most trouble you have ever given your parents? What is the most enjoyment you have ever given them?

I have never been a troubling child, i tend to follow the rules and follow orders. My parents have undeclared rules which, are just rules that haven't been told to me but you know not to do those things. Its very confusing, either way i have never done anything to be seen as breaking the rules. If i had to choose a moment that i have caused my parents trouble would maybe be, feeling a since of entailment were i believe i deserve things because i think i earned them. I don't know what is the most enjoyment I've given my mother, but i do know that i try my best i do what I'm supposed to do. For example i help around the house and don't cause any sort of trouble to anybody at home. Or that i excel in school because education has never really been a strong point in my family.

What dream can you conceive? Can you believe it? Can you achieve it? "The Eternal Gifts," Jack Schlatter, CSTSI

I can conceive any dream that i truly believe in, that i have the determination and willing to try my best. I do believe in a dream that i create that i want to do, and that is feasible for me to do so with work and time. Yes i can achieve a dream that i have created and believed in because of what i want and set out to do. I conceived the idea that i could qualify for the state competition for debate. I truly believed i could because of my teachers encouragement and all my hard work that i have put in to debate going to all the competitions, practice and camps to help gain knowledge from camps. An all that work and time paid of because I will be going to Dallas in March with Will and Elizabeth.

How do you decide if you like someone? How do you show interest in them? "Like People First," Kent Nerburn, CSTSI

For the most part I like everyone until they show me a reason not to. For the most part i enjoy meeting knew people, i like hearing about there life and experiences. I think theirs a big difference between liking someone and being there friends, Slandered for being friends with someone is like sharing common interest and be nice and having similar value. Liking someone would be just being able to be in the same room and tolerating one another, people you can become friends but not all people I like are my friends. That sounds weird but to like an individual doesn't mean we get along well enough to be in a serious friendship with one another. Some ways I show interest with them is to get to know them better learning about them more like there hobby's extra curricular activities, maybe even learn about there background were they grew up, and small unnecessary things like that.

Have you ever "passed on a kindness"? "A Gift for Two," Andrea Hensley, CSTSI

I've done many kind actions and at this moment i don't believe that i "passed on a kindness" and i don't believe it was because i didn't want to. The actions i take are all my own, i do kind things for others, but i never do kind thing to others in return for someone else doing a kind thing to me. Or maybe I just don't remember me doing so in a specific moment, but i don't feel like any my kind actions were induced by someone else.

Who is your biggest fan? "Discovery" Eugene E. Beasley, CSTSII

My biggest fan is my mother she has always been there for me. My mother is my support and I can always count on her because she has always believed in me to do whatever i set my goal as. She is my biggest fan, always rooting for me to succeed and to win. I don't know what I would do without my mother there, because she has always lifted me up when I have fell down and has always been honest with me. With out my mom I would probably not be where I am at right know, because she has made a big impact on my life.
