First National Bank Arena
The home of Arkansas State University men's basketball is regarded as one of the top facilities in the Mid South and the Sun Belt Conference. First National Bank Arena has provided the Red Wolves with a decided home-court advantage while giving fans an inviting and multi-perspective view of top-flight NCAA Division I action.
FNB Arena features a seating capacity of 10,563 and was completed in 1987. FNB Arena is uniquely designed so that each of its four entrances share equal prominence. The arena can accommodate three basketball courts, seven volleyball courts, one tennis court, or a seven-lane 200-meter indoor track with facilities for field events. All courts are regulation size.
A new state-of-the-art video display and custom audio system were installed in early October 2012 on the four boards located in each corner of FNB Arena. Over the summer of 2015, crews finished installation of all new chair back seating and railing throughout FNB Arena.
LOCKER ROOM
Arkansas State moved into a new home prior to the 2017-18 season following a complete locker room renovation. Among the several highlights of the renovation are refinished lockers, custom marker boards and custom graphics for each locker that includes the student-athlete's photograph, number and signature.
WEIGHT ROOM
Arkansas State's success on the basketball court can be attributed to many aspects with one being a first-class weight room facility in the Strength and Conditioning Room. The facility, which was remodeled prior to the 2008-09 season, included such upgrades as new weights, new floor covering, wall covering, lighting and glass entrance doors.
PRACTICE FACILITY
Arkansas State's practice facility, which is located in the Health, Physical Education, and Sport Sciences (HPESS) Building on the A-State campus, provides the Red Wolves with a venue to practice when First National Bank Arena is being utilized for other events. The facility features a full-length floor with baskets on each end and two on each side. A mounted scoreboard is on each end wall and banners of the Sun Belt Conference member schools are featured on the east side of the floor.
SPORTS MEDICINE
First National Bank Arena also features its Sports Medicine facility complete with a cold tub, sauna and other amenities needed for keeping student-athletes at peek performance. Whether its pre or post game, A-State student-athletes can come to First National Bank Arena for treatment to keep their bodies in top shape.
