You will find a lot of information on the company's own website. Company history, financials, executives, and annual reports are examples. Hint: Annual Reports are often listed under sections like Investor Information, Investor Relations, or About Us. For a balanced view of the company, be sure to look at some of the tools below as well.
Business Source Premier To find company information search by company name in the Company Profiles section near the top, or search in the general search box. You can also limit your results to things like SWOT Analyses using the Source Types limiter on the left of your general results.
Nexis Uni Search for company news coverage using the general search box or use the drop down Menu near the top left to look for the Company Dossier.
Reference Solutions Search for existing companies by name, keyword, SIC, or NAIC.
EDGAR Corporate financial information that is filed by law with the Securities and Exchange Commission
Business Source Premier Use the Advanced Search. Enter the name of an industry or a company within the industry and select either Industry Overview under Document Type or Industry Profile under Publication Type.
