THE GOAL

To engage top-of-funnel leads by educating website visitors about the use cases and benefits of the UserReplay platform.

THE CONCEPT

This video takes the viewer on a journey through the eyes of the Head of e-Commerce for a major retailer as he navigates the UserReplay platform to locate areas of improvement on his company's website.

His company is intentionally nondescript to allow for the demonstration of several use cases for the UserReplay platform: retail, travel, financial services, and fraud detection. This ensures that the video will resonate with a wide range of UserReplay's prospective clients.

Rather than pointing out faults in his company's website, this video focuses on recovering revenue; denoting a positive opportunity for growth.

This video gives the viewer a preview of the UserReplay platform and its functionalities to entice them to seek further information, thus increasing their likelihood to convert into a warm lead.

THE GOAL

To convert top-of-funnel leads into mid-funnel leads by teasing the functionality of the UserReplay platform, thereby enticing them to request a full demo.

THE CONCEPT

This video walks the viewer through a use case of the UserReplay platform by highlighting e-commerce, one of UserReplay's most popular customer segments.

It depicts a large opportunity for revenue recovery through the lens of a common customer frustration: out of stock cart items.

The video prominently features screenshots of the UserReplay platform to demonstrate its intuitive UI while showing its functionality step-by-step in easily digestible sections.

The product teaser video humanizes the software by recalling a familiar character: the Head of E-Commerce for a major retailer. As he takes the steps necessary to discover the issue, monetize the opportunityand optimize the revisions, the viewer is able to see how simple the process and prioritization is from start to finish.
