A four week course designed to teach you how to eat, how to move and how to deal with stress! The focus of the classes will be how to use nutrition, detoxification, and stress management in your life every day. The course is designed for those who have a busy lifestyle but still want to give their body the optimal chance to THRIVE
The course will be taught by Dr’s Mark Frank, Celeste Holstein, and Chelsea Drda. There will be a guest appearance by personal trainer Amanda Lovett on how to obtain and keep the body you have always wanted.
Monthly potlucks will be offered to anyone who signs up for this class or who has participated in previous detoxification classes. These will help you stay on track and provide new culinary inspiration.
Classes Start Feb 6th, 2017 and will meet every Monday for the following 3 weeks.
