Riding a bike could be a way to stay active

Physical Activity is a great way to protect yourself against cancer, heart disease, and heart attacks. Knowing that you can play a sport you like can prevent your risks for cancers, and other noncommunicable diseases. Why wouldn't you do it?

Eating healthy can prevent your risk factors for noncommunicable diseases. Foods like salads, fruits veggies, and proteins are some other good options.

As many people know smoking practically kills you. The chemicals in the cigarette can get in side your lungs and poison your body. Would you really risk everything for a cigarette?

Keeping up with good hygiene can protect you from getting communicable diseases like, the common cold, the flu, mono, pinkeye, and much more. Do you really want to skip a shower with the risk of getting one of these diseases?

Good health starts with YOU! Are you up for the challenge?
