Demarco Kelly is a sophomore at Delta Charter School in Ferriday Louisiana.
Kelly has also won the citizenship award in 2009 to 2010.
Demarco won the top student award in math in 6th grade.
Kelly says the 4 years at Delta Charter has been well worth at. He says Delta Charter School inspired him do great things in the world.
