An hybrid member’s club in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of Principe Real, in Lisbon.

On the ground floor, a mediterranean restaurant of 70 seats serving all day, opened to all public. Grilled fish, Portuguese traditional cuisine, all into a buzzing and vibrant atmosphere layered up with top service.

On the first floor, a Japanese restaurant (60 seats) and a cocktail lounge (20 seats) for members only. Will be serving top level Japanese sushis and also exclusive robata grilled wagyu beef all into a more intimate but entertaining surrounding and design. Members will be free to use the entire floor to network and indulge themselves with fantastic food and elaborated cocktails.

On the rooftop, mediterranean garden and tranquility of the infinity pool will be the perfect combination for our members to relax and make most out of the 220 sunny days a year of City life. After offering light dishes, salads and organic healthy juices, the place would be reorganised for sunset drinks, special fashion events and “under the stars movie night”.

Our career led us to work alongside the charismatic chefs like Paul Bocuse, Daniel Boulud, Nuno Mendes, Reiner Becker, Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alleno but also the most ingenious businessmen Arjun Waney, Andre Balazs.

Whether it would be Chiltern Firehouse, Mandarin Oriental, Soho House, The Dorchester and Four Seasons we gained and developed expertise into delivering top level customer service.

From our mentors, we acquired the talent that today makes us the new generation of hospitality experts who inspire, lead and enhance our associates to make them achieve wonders.

In a first time, to create a trendy, buzzing and exclusive venue in the heart of the upcoming Lisbon’s neighbourhood, Principe Real, targeting the Portuguese elite and forward thinking generation.

Ultimately, to create a name, a brand, which is recognised and respected as the best Restaurant, Bar, member club is the city of Lisbon and where top profiles wants to go and belong to.

Bring to the people of Lisbon and travellers, a venue where they can meet up, have the best food and best drinks, while being experiencing top level bespoke service in a beautiful but homy members club. To get there, we aim to design a small world inside an authentic building, with different small outlets.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, to fit one medium to large capacity restaurant & bar (70 to 90 seats) which serves all day long local and Mediterranean cuisine. the dining space is big enough to create amazing atmosphere and buzz, but small enough to make it easier to fill up every day.

The idea is to open this outlet to anyone in order to maximise exposure on the market, cash flow and setting up a name into the landscape of restaurants in Lisbon and also bait our clientele to became our members by experiencing a different level of service.

First Floor

The member's area is accessible from the ground floor after they being greeted and recognised by our reception team.

Upstairs the goal is to create a cosy space, for members only, arranged into a lounge cocktail bar (20 seats) with another beautiful and sober top line Japanese restaurant (60 seats) . Around these two central pieces, we will create a space with different corners where our guests could gather and enjoy themselves while networking with all the other carefully selected members

Second Floor

Accessible only for members, this area will provide beauty and well being services for women and men.

The services would be:

  • Cross Fit gym sessions available all day, with a qualified trainer for group or individual sessions, however members can also enjoy their regular routine workout
  • Barber service, two seats, place for men to groom and look after themselves to the best
  • Massage Room for both genders, a treatment high in standard and personalised to each person’s needs
  • A beauty salon, offering manicure, pedicure, facials and waxing for our members to keep them glamorous
  • Sauna and steam room to extend the spa and gym experience on daily basis

Our goal is build up a place where our members could spend the day, from getting treatments, working out, enjoying the pool and then to stay and dine with us and socialise.

Roof Top

Because we will not limit our offering for only dining and late night experience, and also that Lisbon has 220 sunny days a year, we will definitely Indulge our dear members with a stunning rooftop garden.

We are fortunate to have two entire basement floors with an exclusive access on a side street. With the size of this operation when having four floors dedicated to hospitality catering, spa and pool, it will be necessary to organise proper storage, preparation area for kitchen, and a staff area including changing rooms, showers, toilets and resting room.

According to how possible it will be, we will create a full floor dedicated for food storage, walk in fridges, dry store and a main preparation area which will allow us to minimise the size of kitchens on the ground and first floor. In the same time we will separate and secure an area for beverage storage and bar lab.

The minus second floor will be dedicated for staff changing room and rest room, security and goods receiving office, which will enable us to have a strong control above stock and human traffic. This floor will also store all linen, furnitures and additional products whose are necessary for the business to function.

As an additional feature, we will be renovating the safe room and turn it into a New-York style speak-easy bar with theatrical but discrete access. The idea is to have a space with very limited access, where we could provide an experience absolutely unique with private shows from singers, magicians, performers while sipping the most refined old school cocktails in a secret location.
