Sonoma, CA May 2017

I went to Sonoma with a group of lovely ladies to celebrate Danielle's birthday. It was a lovely trip!

My planes in Madison (top) and Chicago O'Hare (bottom)

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards was such a beautiful place! I enjoyed their Rosé and a hummus plate that included cashew cheese. Tasty!

Enjoyed a nice Sauvignon Blanc at Pangloss. Cool place and atmosphere.

The super cute house where we stayed. My first Airbnb experience.

Benovia was the first stop on our winery tour on Thursday, May 4. Another beautiful place!

Our lovely group picture at Benovia. (Photo cred: Benovia employee with Danielle's phone)

Our second stop was Dutton Estates. We enjoyed a wine/small bites tasting. We also had a lovely lunch ordered by Jackie.

My favorite!

Third stop...La Crema tasting room at the Saralee Vineyard. This beautiful tasting room opened in August 2016.

I can't get enough of yellow flowers!

We stopped in Healdsburg after our winery tour. Topel Winery and Tasting Room is a cute little spot in Healdsburg with great customer service. This was my favorite place on the trip.

This was my first time in wine country. It was a delightful trip. While in California, I was able to visit the Shinkwin/Dodd family. Such a great time!
