St. Teresa Of Avila By : DRAKE DAVIS

She was born in Avila, a province in Spain, her grandfather was a Jewish convert and became Christian. She was raised to be a devoted Christian by her mother.

She got deathly ill while in a monastery, and went through a stage where she was very unaware of what was happening around her and just focused on religion and prayer.

People thought that she was more diabolical and possibly possessed because she had a seizure and told of a vision of hell.

She exclaimed that she was silently in prayer and all of the sudden she was in hell.

She also exclaimed that God had talked to her multiple times and has done many favors for her.
