Day One

Isaiah 40:1-2 - “Comfort, comfort my people,” says your God. “Speak tenderly to Jerusalem. Tell her that her sad days are gone and her sins are pardoned. Yes, the Lord has punished her twice over for all her sins.”

What is God like?

He gives us C__MF__T.

He forgives our S____S.

Who do you go to for comfort 👩‍👦?
How can you get comfort from God 🗣?

What brings us pain and discomfort?

It is our SIN that brings us the most pain and discomfort. When we choose to stop sinning, God comforts us by F___RG____NG our sins.

So what is God like?

He comforts us by forgiving our sins. Is there any sin in your life that He wants you to turn from? Ask God to show you right now. Ask for forgiveness, and you will receive His comfort.
