Brent Joseph is a award-winning filmmaker who specializes in editing. He learned his craft by working as an assistant in the cutting rooms of movies by Larry Clark, David Fincher, and Seth Rogen before editing several films including: MTV's True Life: I'm Living in Iraq (Edward R. Murrow award for Best TV Network News Documentary), Five Time Champion (SXSW) and Shell Shocked (PBS). He directed several shorts including Holdout & A Loud Color which played at over twenty festivals, museums, galleries and universities from Los Angeles to Paris including AFI, Rooftop Films, Full Frame, and the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University. Brent's commercial work includes trailers for American Horror Story and content for Microsoft and Ford. He works on a variety of projects all connected by their dedication to great storytelling. Brent currently divides his time between Austin, TX and his hometown, New Orleans.
