Jim Elliot By Hayden Collins

Jim Elliot was born in Portland, Oregon in 1927 to Fred and Clara Elliot. He had one bother and one sister.

At the age of six he started reading the bible and memorizing some of it.
Jim graduated from Benson Polytechnic High school. Then he attended Wheaton Collage where he met his wife.
He married Elizabeth Howard and they had 2 kids.
Jim and his friends were doing mission work for a tribe in Ecuador. A few men of the Quicha tribe attacked Jim and his friends and killed all of them.
Jim Elliot was one of the earliest missionaries to do work in Ecaudor
The tribe that killed Jim Elliot later became Christians because of him.
