A song I would listen to is I knew you were trouble by Taylor Swift.
I am the ruthless president of Panem. My home is in the capitol. I am a cruel and manipulative dictator, ruling over the Capitol and its contained districts. I also work on the annual Hunger Games and I head the military responsible for oppressing the districts. My main weapon is poison. The only family I have is my granddaughter. My goals are to keep Panem under his totalitarian control and to end the legacy of the Mocking jay Katniss Everdeen.
Some of my skills are manipulation,
vast intelligence, extreme political power from his status, and
Mastery of resourcefulness. My interests are operating the Hunger Games and
Killing anyone who views me as a threat to my own agenda. And my favorite things are my genetically-engineered rose I always hold which covers the scent of blood stained on my breath from my permanent sores, Killing others loved ones when they don’t obey me, and my garden of roses.
A defining moment in in the book from my perpective is when. Both Katniss and Peeta are victors of district 12 and will soon be going on there Victory tour. The districts saw through Katniss’s and Peeta’s threat of suicide at the end of the Hunger Games. These two deceptive fools played the audience in the Capitol to genuinely believe that they both couldn’t live without each other, many people in the districts understood the threat as an act of defiance. This could open a door to encourage people to revolt. President Snow says he knows how Katniss really feels about Peeta, and that she sneaks into the woods on Sundays with Gale. I payed Katniss a visit at her new home and told her to behave convincingly on her Victory Tour. The only reason why she was allowed to live is because the Capitol viewed her act with the berries as an act of love for Peeta and not one of rebellion. Katniss must behave convincingly to affirm her romance with Peeta. Convince everyone that she still loves Peeta during the tour, or Gale's life will be in jeopardy.
