Panning

This photo is an example of Panning, the shutter speed was 1/40s and the subject is focused on, the background is a blur. If the subject was closer it would've resulted in a better image as the whole subject would be focused on however I found this photo very well taken when it came to the angle which was near perfect. The ISO was 400 with a focal length of 55mm and a white balance of Sunny. We had to manipulate the exposure triangle for a proper lighting, we decreased the shutter speed therefore we had to reduce the ISO and slightly increase the aperture.
This photo is an example of light writing. At a shutter speed of 15s a flash from my phone was used to draw an object or figure. It was taken in pitch black. The ISO was very low due to the dark environment. The focal length was 55mm and we didn't really need to adjust the exposure triangle as the subjects were either black (The room) or white (Flash). The flash created a lot of glare which put a foggy effect on the image, and grainy effect on the image due to the low ISO. However the image ended up looking really good.

Fast Shutter

This image is an example of slow shutter as the water in the cup was splashed very fast and only could be captured within about the time of 1/2 a second. The shot was amazing however the object (Water) is out of focus and the background was in focus, this could have been fixed by focusing on the cup before taking the picture. The shutter speed was 1/2000s. The ISO was 400 with a focal length of 55mm and a white balance of Cloudy. We had to manipulate the exposure triangle for a proper lighting, we decreased the shutter speed therefore we had to reduce the ISO however the ISO was still a little high.

Slow Shutter/Light Writing

High ISO

This image is an example of a high ISO. The image has an ISO of High 1 which results in a rather bright image, along with this even higher ISO's cause an image to be grainy. The increased amount of light also puts a cloudy affect on this image which can be fixed by decreasing the ISO to around 800 however the shot was pretty good. The focal length of 55mm with a white balance of Sunny. We had to manipulate the exposure triangle for a proper lighting, we used a normal shutter speed the shutter speed therefore we had to increase the ISO as that was the guideline.

Low ISO

This image is an example of a low ISO. Low ISO's are commonly used in bright areas to make the image more visible for the viewers. The ISO used in this image is Low 1 which resulted in a dark image, to fix this image a higher ISO such as 800 would have made it much better although the shot came out very clean. The focal length of 55mm with a white balance of Cloudy. We had to manipulate the exposure triangle for a proper lighting, we used an average shutter speed but we reduced the ISO to Low 1.

Zoom Burst

This image is an example of zoom burst, a moderately slow shutter speed is used. The camera was focused on a bright object in this case, which was decorative lights. After the object is focused on the picture is taken while the photographer zooms in on the object giving a "Zoom Burst" effect. We used a tripod for a stable, even image. The shutter speed was 1/4s with a zoom from 55mm to 18mm. The zoom burst effect was very great however most of the lights were on the bottom right of the picture, if they were more centered the image would have looked way better. We had to manipulate the exposure triangle for a proper lighting, we decreased the shutter speed to 1/4s therefore we had to reduce the ISO.
