Sally Mann

Sally Mann (born in Lexington, Virginia, 1951) is one of America’s most renowned photographers. It was her portraits of girls captured in the ephemeral moment between childhood innocence and womanly sophistication that solidified her reputation as provocateur. “Family Pictures” (1984-1991). Mann is noted for using large-format cameras, she likes the more rough look to her pictures.
