A fast-growth mortgage processing company was having infrastructure issues that arose from supporting the ever-changing IT compliance regulations within their systems and processes. With pressure from a failed audit related to their IT banking systems and over 500 compliance issues, the partner was at risk of loosing many of their major contracts if the issues were not addressed and resolved within 6 months.

IntelliSource was chosen because of their vast experience in IT solutions, hardware and software and the ability to deliver a full-scale project from scope to successful execution within a quick deadline. This included the creation of strategy and solutions, workforce delivery planning with appropriate measures and alignment with the partner.
STRATEGY AND SOLUTION
IntelliSource quickly deployed a technical implementation team to the site to determine the scope of the project. The implementation team determined the time line by formalizing a workflow that prioritize the needs of the business and identified the workforce resources to be hired within a very short amount of time.
IntelliSource handled the full hiring process for the team's infrastructure & managed, motivated while retaining a first in class IT team of over 30 IT professionals with varying levels of experience. IntelliSource hired a senior IT manager to oversee the project management team and ensure the determined benchmarks of the project were being met and/or exceeded. Real-time pipeline data allowed transparency into the funnel of candidates ready to be deployed to the project when needed.
MEASUREMENT & ALIGNMENT
IntelliSource hosted weekly meetings with company leaders to assess the status of the project and workforce needs while monthly check-ins allowed a forum to report on progress and a platform for ongoing process improvements. Consistent and clear communication allowed for transparency and visibility into KPIs identified at the onset of the project.
