What a wonderful experience to visit iheartradiophilly, formerly known as Clear Channel, and learning all about the stations right here in our home town. Beginning with a greeting from our tour guide and Community Affairs and Public Relations Director, Lorraine Ballard Morrill, she took us to see Elvis Duran and the Morning gang. Typically they broadcast from NYC but today, they were in town from the Jingle Ball. Next, they met Chio in the morning, Nic the Web Chick and Cappuccino. The students got to give shout outs on Power 99, 104.5, Q102 and 106.1, by making a recording in the studio. While I know the chaperones, Rita (Faith) and Kate (Leo) and I enjoyed ourselves and will never forget it, something tells me that this experience for the children will be forgotten by dinner time!
