Project Description

The prime directive of this project was to create a robot that would lift a weight while attached to a vertical surface.

What I Learned

I learned that structural integrity is a key component when lifting something from a vertical surface. I also learned that planning in advance makes life much easier. I learned that a little more structural support on the pulley arm would have allowed the bot to lift a greater weight. I learned that our bot can lift the minimum requirement, and then some. The max weight the bot was able to lift was 380 grams.
