AfterBurner Group Training is a fantastic opportunity to hold you accountable, challenge your fitness ability, work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer, and overall develop healthy habits to last a life time!

AccuroFit Heart Rate Monitors are used to efficiently track your work and keep you focused. Torch calories and have some fun in this new and exciting format. See the Group Training format for a time that best fits your schedule.
