The maze runner is a really interesting book because it starts out giving you absolutly no context before hand. It slowly reveals the plot at the end, but even at that point it leaves you wondering. The plot is about a boy named Thomas who wakes up in land that has a maze. The other boys that were their before him had already figured out a plan to try to escape the maze. Thomas brings his knowledge into the group to help them figure out why they are there and how they are going to escape.
