Last year we decided to launch our now flagship policy (Laithwaite Homes Escrow) we've all heard to stories of cowboy builders and rouge traders that cause untold heartache and devastation. So it's understandable that the public are nervous about who they decide to let into their home and trust with the work. It was with this in mind our revolutionary policy came to fruition. An Escrow account put simply is an account that is held and operated Via FCA (Financail Conduct Authority) authorised lawyers. Our clients simply deposit the pre agreed amount to the lawyers and they act on your behalf. Once a pre determined stage of work has been completed the legal team will instruct an independent surveyor to inspect our work, should our work meet the industry standards the appropriate level of fee's are simply released to us as the contractor. This approach completely mitigates our clients risk and provides absolute peace of mind.

  • Reconfigure existing internal layout of property to meet the requirements of the architectural drawings supplied by yourselves.
  • Extract existing kitchen and convert into study with added room for utility room.
  • Supply and install New kitchen.
  • Move boiler and plumbing work required.
  • First and second fix on electrical work for both new extension and existing property where required.
  • Construct extension to the rear of property in line with architearal drawings.
  • Timber cladding on extension.
  • Refurbishing the exterior of entire property to match current colour.
  • Scaffolding.
  • Rubbish removal.
  • All hire of equipment required to complete job.
  • Escrow & Legal Fee's included.
