Fallen Angels Jackie Flores English 3 TR 8:00

What are Fallen Angels?

People often refer to fallen angels as angels that sided with Satan, evil spirits, demons, or the Devil in disguise.

The definition of a fallen angel in the Bible is a spirit that was created by God and then was later cast away from heaven and down to Earth because the angel became rebellious or sinned.

"For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment..." 2 Peter 2:4

In the Bible angels that were cast away from heaven became fallen angels while they awaited for God's Judgement.

GoD's final judgement would determine if the angel would be sent to hell for eternity or remain a fallen angel.

In the Bible fallen angels are REFERRED to as "Sons of God" or "Watchers".

When fallen angels used their physical visibility it was to appear upon women in order to marry them and CONCEIVE children.

In the Bible there is records from the first batch of fallen angels doing this.

"When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown. The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually...."Genesis 6:1-22

There has been cases where fallen angels use extraterrestrial travel in order to present their selves upon God and Satan.

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them." (Job 1:6)

Fallen Angles would use physical transformation not only to deceive others, but to pose as ministers of righteousness.

"It is not a great thing, then, if also his ministers transform themselves as ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works." 2 Corinthians 11:13-15

It has always been a mystery to many people where fallen angels originate from, many believe they come from Christianity due to the Old Testament in the Bible because it has records of angels, but the first religion to have records from fallen angels is Judaism.

Around 200 B.C. the Jewish religion had two books where reports of fallen angels appeared, those books were the Book of Daniel and the Book of Tobit.

Then, around 165 B.C. when Christianity started rising they developed The Book of Enoch, which contains the story of 200 rebel angels that rebelled against God and had mortal wives.

Now the Book of Enoch is banned from the Christian Bible for some unknown reason.
