Foot Pain The gRAston Technique

The graston Technique

The Graston Technique is a treatment working to improve soft tissue injury—injury to muscles, tendons, or ligaments. Tissue develops abnormalities when it heals, which impairs normal function.

Foot Pain and The Graston Technique

Over time, scar tissue forms in the plantar fascia and the calves. muscle fibers lay on top of each other almost like sheets of paper. When scar tissue gets in there it acts like cement and the muscle fibers will not stretch like you need them to when you walk, thus the pain starts to occur.
