  • Conditions like asthma, heart problems, diabetes can increase your risk
  • Talking
  • Touching objects that a carrier (of Influenza) has touched before you.
  • People living in highly populated environments such as nursing homes, military barracks at a higher risk.

Signs and Symptons

  • Fever over 100.4 F
  • Aching muscles
  • Chills and sweats
  • Dry cough
  • Fatigue
  • Nasal congestion
  • Sore throat

Treatments

  • Antiviral medication (Tamiflu/Relenza)

Preventions

  • Get vacinated
  • Cover your cough
  • Wash your hands
