Day 2

Breakfast: 2 slices of White Toasted Bread w/ Sliced Bananas

Morning Tea: 5 Watermelon Balls & 3 medium sized Strawberries

Lunch: 100g Scrambled eggs & salami and cheese sandwich

Afternoon tea: 2 Pancakes w/ a pat of butter & bananas

Dinner: Almond Crusted Chicken Schnitzel w/ Squeazed Lemon

Total Amount of Sugar: 12.4 - ads 23.3 - ns

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 cup Berry power smoothie & a Blueberry Muffin on the side

Morning tea: "Sugar free" cookies

Lunch: Smoked Ham & Cheddar cheese Sandwich & Nutty date balls & egg cupcakes

Dinner: Colesaw & Tuna
