Pay In Person

You may pay your bill in person at City Hall located at 400 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach FL 33009. The payment window is located inside of City Hall, and is open Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (Excluding Holidays). We are CLOSED on Fridays.

Please be advised, due to COVID-19 hours may change.

for “After Hours” payments is located just east of City Hall’s main entrance. Only checks/money orders are accepted, and payments are posted to your account on the following business day.

You will need to enter Account Number-Customer Number found on your bill to make a payment.

Our Utility Billing Division is available Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (Excluding Holidays) to answer any questions you may have on your Utility Billing. On weekends, you can leave a message and a Customer Support Rep to follow up or email us.
