#NCAAMgym Week 11 Power Rankings Postseason Is Here!

Every week we release a "Power Rankings" which aim to provide a fluid picture of how each team across the NCAA is doing at the moment. The idea is to try not to focus too much on scores and more on the current state of the team. The + or - next to a team's name represents how much they moved up (+) or down (-) since the previous week's PR.

1. Oklahoma Sooners (-)

Not once this season has OU failed to score above a 410. That includes last weekend when they were without their star, Yul Moldauer. Despite a rash of injuries, the Sooners find themselves in a good spot with MPSF Championships & NCAA's approaching.

Next Meet: MPSF Championships on April 7th

2. Minnesota Golden Gophers (-)

After being bumped up to second last week, Minnesota proved their worth with a near-420 at Nebraska. Looking generally healthy, nothing is holding this team back from being the potential top-dog at B1G Championships.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

3. Stanford Cardinal (-)

Stanford didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: MPSF Championships on April 7th

4. Nebraska Cornhuskers (-)

Nebraska doesn't get talked about a lot, but they're built similar to Minnesota; great on FX & VT, weak on SR. The Huskers sit No. 1 nationally on FX, VT & PH, but just No. 12 on SR. The good thing about rings being a weakness is that it's very tough to have big mistakes. If they can nail their strong events, Nebraska could surprise.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

5. Ohio State Buckeyes (+1)

Ohio State really stepped up against Oklahoma, and they did so without Alec Yoder. This team has just one victory on the year, but (for better or worse) wins & losses in the regular season really don't matter a whole lot. The good news for OSU is that they're getting healthier; Seth Delbridge competed PB & HB last weekend and could be back on VT soon.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

6. Michigan Wolverines (-1)

Outside of a mini collapse on the final two events, Michigan had plenty of positives to take from their meet against Penn State. Though, as we all know, teams can't afford those breakdowns in a five-up, five-count format. 2x NCAA champion Anthony McCallum should return shortly.

Next Meet: Home vs. UIC on March 31st

7. Illinois fighting illini (-)

Illinois didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

8. Iowa Hawkeyes (-)

Three straight meets of 404+ show that the Hawkeyes are hitting their stride at the right time. They've got a great shot at a successful postseason on both an individual level and as a team. They've got what it takes to crack the top-four at B1G Championships and fight for a spot in the Super Six at NCAA's.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

9. Penn State Nittany Lions (-)

You could definitely argue that No. 9 is a spot or two too low for Penn State. They did a great job of going into Ann Arbor and getting a come-from-behind victory over the Wolverines. The only concerns for this team are their ability to keep up on VT & the rash of injuries they've had to deal with.

Next Meet: Big Ten Championships on April 7th

10. Navy Midshipmen (-)

Navy didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

11. Cal Golden Bears (+1)

Cal had a little get-right meet at home last weekend as they cruised to a season-best score of 398.95. I've said all season that they have the potential to reach the 400-mark and maybe they're saving the best for last. There may not be a team in the country that relies more on their top-two guys (Yordan Aleksandrov & Aaron Mah).

Next Meet: MPSF Championships on April 7th

12. Air Force FAlcons (-1)

Air Force didn't compete in week eleven but moved down one spot in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

13. Army Black Knights (+1)

Army didn't compete in week eleven but moved up one spot in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

14. Arizona State Sun Devils (-1)

Arizona State has some really talented gymnasts, but when Kiwan Watts isn't in the lineup, their ceiling isn't quite as high. That was clear in last week's meet at Cal. We'll see how they stack up against teams like Navy & Air Force at USAG Nationals.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

15. William & Mary Tribe (-)

William & Mary didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

16. Springfield Pride (-)

Springfield didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

17. Washington Huskies (-)

Struggles on PH & HB caused Washington to fall out of contention last weekend against Arizona State & Cal-Berkeley. Nathan Tsuji should have a chance to be the top all-arounder at USAG's.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

18. UIC Flames (-)

UIC didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: @Michigan on March 31st

19. Temple Owls (-)

Temple didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.

Next Meet: USAG Nationals on March 30th

20. SC United (-)

SC United didn't compete in week eleven and did not move in the rankings.
