LAST WEEK: Mount Union's baseball team scored a 10-2 win over Ohio Wesleyan in a non-conference game Monday. The Raiders then rallied from a 6-1 deficit in game two to win 7-6 and sweep Heidelberg in an Ohio Athletic Conference doubleheader Sunday at 23rd Street Field. Mount Union have now won 10 of their last 11 games to be 15-4 overall and in first place in the conference with a 5-1 record.

LAST WEEK: Softball went 1-3 last week dropping two non-conference games to Wooster. The Raiders came back to split a pair of games to Ohio Athletic Conference opponent Heidelberg Saturday afternoon in Tiffin, Ohio. Mount Union (8-12, 2-2 OAC) won the first the first game 7-5 then lost to the Student Princes 3-2 in the second game.
First Place Finish at Mount Union Spring Invitational

Wed. April 5: Women's Golf at the Carnegie Mellon Spring Invite 10:00 AM

LAST WEEK: Raiders placed first at the Mount Union Spring Invitational. The Purple Raiders carded a second round team score of 328 and a final team score of 665 which was 56 strokes ahead of second place team, Malone University. Senior Morgan Rector placed first at the Invitational with a final score of 158. Fellow Raider, junior Olivia DeMartino placed second with a final score of 160.

LAST WEEK: Mount Union men's golf team finished the John Carroll University Spring Invitational in third place at the River Greens Golf Course in Coshocton, Ohio The Purple Raiders carded a final team score of 604. Junior Buster Thomas (placed first at the Invitational with a first round score of 74, a second round score of 72 and a final score of 146.

LAST WEEK: Mount Union's men's lacrosse team was dropped by Ohio Northern University 13-8 in an Ohio Athletic Conference meeting Saturday. The Purple Raiders (5-3, 1-1 OAC) were led by junior Brent Greenberg, who scored four goals in the contest.

LAST WEEK (Men's): Sophomore Connor Troyer set a stadium record with a career-best mark in the 110 meter hurdles to lead No. 20 ranked Mount Union to the men's team title at the Wooster Track & Field Invitational Saturday.
LAST WEEK (Women's) Mount Union's women's 4x100 meter relay team won the event running the fastest time in NCAA Division III so far this season in leading the Purple Raiders to the team title at the Wooster Track & Field Invitational Saturday. the team of freshmen Daijana Johnson and Rachael Adams with juniors Steph Donley and Katie Goedecke posted a time of 47.28 which also set a stadium record.
